Two founders and an unfair fight.
Zach and Adam started Blizzfull in 2014. They kept seeing the same thing: the place down the street cooked better food than the restaurant chain across from it, and still ran on worse tools.
The big chains have a headquarters full of people doing the pricing, the marketing, the accounting and the numbers. The independent has the owner, at the bar after close, with a calculator.
So they set out to build that headquarters as software: simple enough that nobody needs training, and set up for every restaurant by our own team.
More than a decade and 2,500 restaurants later, that is still the whole job.
