Accessibility at Blizzfull
Last reviewed: August 20, 2026.
Blizzfull wants people with disabilities to be able to learn about our products, request support, and book a restaurant demo. We use WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA as our working engineering and testing baseline.
Our current work
We are reviewing shared components and complete visitor journeys with automated checks and manual keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, reflow, contrast, motion, form, dialog, and touch-target testing. Accessibility is ongoing work rather than a one-time certification.
Known limitations
Some older content, experimental pages, and third-party services are still being reviewed. A feature can also change after it has been tested. If something prevents you from completing a task, please tell us so we can investigate the specific barrier and provide another way to get help.
Report an accessibility problem
Email customerservice@blizzfull.com or call (800) 245-9429. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, what happened, and your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it.
Accessibility reports are routed for investigation, prioritized when they block a key task, and retested after a source-level fix. We can also help with an accessible alternative for support or demo scheduling.
Scope
This statement describes the public Blizzfull marketing site. Restaurant websites and third-party services can have separate owners, content, and accessibility responsibilities. This statement is not a legal certification or a guarantee that every page is free of barriers.
