Website and Reality Check Terms

These terms apply when you use the Blizzfull website and the free Reality Check tool. By using Reality Check, you ask Blizzfull to analyze a restaurant's public online presence and prepare an informational report.

Point-in-time information

Reality Check uses public information available at the time of the scan. Listings, websites, ordering options, recommendations, and third-party information can change. A result is an informational snapshot, not a guarantee of search position, revenue, savings, or future performance. Checks that cannot be verified are excluded rather than treated as failures.

Google Maps and Gemini

Some features use Google Maps Platform and Gemini services. Your use of Google Maps content through Reality Check is subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Google Maps content is identified and attributed in the report.

Report access and expiration

Reports use unlisted links rather than user accounts. Anyone who receives the link can view the report. Reports remain available for no more than 30 days and are then deleted automatically. Blizzfull may remove a report sooner for security, policy, operational, or legal reasons.

Appropriate use

Use Reality Check only for legitimate restaurant business evaluation. Do not attempt to overwhelm the service, bypass usage limits, collect listings in bulk, or use the tool to build a directory or competing data product.

Privacy and removal

Our Privacy Policy explains what the tool processes and retains. To request early removal of a report or related personal information, email customerservice@blizzfull.com.
