Payments, POS and receipt translations: card terminal and sign-in fixes, clearer dine-in screens, and bilingual receipts you can switch on.

Payments

  • Fixed: Connecting a third-party POS or payment account uses its current sign-in, fixing a long-standing sign-in error.
  • Improved: Staff can cancel a payment on the card terminal.

POS Set up by our team

  • Improved: Daily order numbers are easier to see.
  • Improved: Long menu item names show in full.
  • Improved: The quantity stepper behaves as expected on options without sub-options.
  • Fixed: Dine-in orders update on screen as soon as items are edited.
  • Fixed: Dine-in tip entry matches the percentages printed on the receipt.
  • Fixed: Orders that include a deleted menu item save correctly.
  • Fixed: The modifier summary shows removed defaults correctly.
  • Fixed: Failed orders no longer retry over and over.

Kitchen

  • New: Receipt translations can be switched on per restaurant.
  • Improved: Delivery-app orders print translated, with item sizes kept. On Pro
  • Improved: Default modifiers print translated too.

Delivery

  • Improved: Delivery zones now list couriers that are switched off.
  • Fixed: Uber Direct pickup times are correct.
  • Fixed: Delivery-app orders without a delivery fee come through.

Ordering

  • Improved: Your online storefront checks guest phone numbers before checkout.
  • Improved: Ready-for-pickup texts to kiosk guests are now switched on in the dashboard. Paid add-on

Website

  • New: Unpublish a website page without deleting it.
  • New: Cafe Elegante theme: search-first navigation and a sticky back-to-categories bar.
  • Fixed: Leaving a review on a Bloom-theme website no longer shows a blank screen.

Back office

  • Fixed: Reports open on the right default dates.

Signage Set up by our team, select restaurants

  • Fixed: Menu boards show items from parent categories correctly.

This note lists the changes restaurants and their guests will notice. Internal engineering work in the same release isn’t listed.
