fixes silent bounce when restaurant is closed, auto-refreshes open/closed state, adds delivery validation + improved error/retry UX, hardens Payrix retries/timeouts/recovery, and brings Paytronix checkout parity; fixes saved-card crash (missing billingNickname) and restores Uno instruction data.
Coupons/discounts & promotions enhancements
introduces Nova coupon system (API v2 controller, rules, UX), adds autoAddItem support to apply-coupon flow, improves BOGO guidance in dashboard editor, fixes BOGO reapply and discount totals, and resolves Genius discount/service-fee issues.

adds free-delivery threshold logic (waive delivery fee by tier/zone minimum) and fixes enforcement on order submission.

modernizes partner portal UI with sales reports (ECharts), adds fee audit panels (including Super), enhances Partner Invoices view (filters/sorting/compact line items), improves ACH reconciliation/refund attribution, and adds an archived flag for invoices (standard + partner).
Dashboard/storefront UX polish
multiple UI/jank fixes (headers/navigation/cart/dialogs), new animated order status components (StatusOrb/StatusStepper), improved address and order-time dialogs (modal-based), and adds video URL media support in dashboard + Nova storefront.
Risk reduction / ops / deploy-tooling
hardens staging Redis runtime and staging configuration, adds staging/dev phpMyAdmin with IP restriction, adds local HTTPS support for custom test domains, replaces Google Maps JS with a server-side proxy for Nova autocomplete, and includes a MySQLi reconnect fix plus additional deployment/tooling hardening.
