Paytronix loyalty redemption accuracy fixes

corrected redeem flow/check totals, wired quantityRedeemed, recomputed Paytronix totals from order discounts, adjusted item-level discount pricing for postAndAccrue, and fixed qty-aggregated reward over-discount in UNO UI.

Loyalty/gift card + external sync enhancements

broadened loyalty provider support (provider gating finalized) with loyalty/gift card updates, extra charges, and a fix for external loyalty sync on zero-dollar checkouts.

Receipt tooling & formatting upgrades

introduced receipt builder + receipt settings, daily order numbers, receipt preview/test data fixes, size display options/formatting, improved font readability/bold rendering, and the ability to load receipts from “super”.

Dashboard/certification updates

dashboard certification updates tied to loyalty provider gating.

Schema / data model changes

added lastUpdated to the restaurant model; expanded order_transactions.processor enum to include USAEPay and Express; changed restaurant_action_log argument storage to MEDIUMTEXT.

Payments & location defaults

set restaurant_locations aggregator default to braintree and added paypalnew normalization; added receiveExternalOrders variable exposure in the orders API.
